This article will provide you with an overview of how to access and navigate your client dashboard.

How To Access

To access your dashboard, navigate to portal.starryeyesmedia.com/login. You should have received an email with the subject “Welcome Aboard!” containing instructions about setting your password. If you can’t find that email, let us know or simply navigate to the login page and click the Forgotten Password button to request a password reset. The email address you’ll use should match the one you’ve previously given us. Make sure to check “I’m not a robot” on the captcha before clicking the login button.

When in doubt, give us a shout! Be sure to bookmark the login link for quick access.

How To Navigate

When you log in to the Account Portal, you’ll be taken to your dashboard where you’ll see an overview of your project summary, as well as quick access to any invoice information. At the top, you’ll find the navigation menu that gives you access to our Knowledge Base, Projects, Invoices, Contracts, Estimates, Proposals, Subscriptions, and Support. Under the navigation, you will find access to any files you have uploaded, as well as a calendar that goes over your project deadlines. The Knowledge Base is being actively developing with new articles, such as how to update content on your WordPress site, like your blog and store. If you have retained us for our brand management and website hosting services, you can check out information about your subscription and update your billing information.
